Yikes!! It's been a month tomorrow since I've posted. Busy w/work, kids and house. WW weigh in is on wed. I'm hoping to be down 16 lbs. I'll be down 10% of my starting weight if am. Yay me!!

The kiddios start school next monday. Yay me again!! It will be nice to be back into a morning and bedtime routine. Although, I'm not looking forward to homework. It WILL give me time to scrapbook though. I've been such a slacker. I haven't touched my stash ALL summer! I've made sooo many plans to do so but never have. Oh well. There's always tomorrow.

I'm so bummed that my vacuum sealers motor burnt out. I vacuum seal EVERYDAY. What's next, my labelmaker?? No, that can't happen because I just bought my second one. :) I can't help myself. I labeled all of the kids school supplies and neatly organized them in their backpacks. Pathetic, I know. Anyways, about the vacuum sealer, I've already been looking on hsn and qvc to replace it.

So I've also been putting off getting together with friends. I want to be down at least 20 lbs. before anyone sees me. I'm almost there. So if anyone is reading this...that's why you haven't seen me.

Off to make dinner, then work out.

As of my last weigh in on Wed. I'm down a total of 9.4 lbs!!!

I'm hoping to have a good WI this coming Wed. We ate out TWICE. I have 3 days to watch it and to run on the treadmill like a maniac!!

Yay!!! I weighed in on July 3rd and I lost 4.8 lbs!!! Sooo exciting!! I weigh in again on Wednesday. I'll report my loss. Have to go walk on the treadmill now.

So Excited!!!

Well, I started Weight Watchers Wed. June 27th. According to MY scale...I'm down 4 pounds!!! We'll see what the WW scale says when I go weigh in tomorrow. I really feel like this time is going to be the time for me. Hopefully by my birthday I will be down a considerable amount of weight and be on my way to being healthy (and skinny!!)

Not too much else is new on the homefront. Kids are enjoying the summer. They can't wait to see fireworks on the 4th.

No vacations planned for this summer. We've just been trying to get the house in order.

Tomorrow I will post my progress and hopefully soon I'll post some before and after pics. Yay!!

Birthday parties to plan

Okay, so I have to plan 2 of the kids parties. Just family and some friends but I really feel like I'm procrastinating! Go figure!! That's my M.O. I'm really hoping that the rain stays away for Saturday. That's all I need, a house full of kids.

No big news to report. A girl at my daughters school told her that I was fat!! I don't know why it is bothering me so much. Maybe it's the fact that it's true. Maybe it's that I can't believe how disrespectful kids can be. Maybe it's that I really impressed on my daughter that she should give this girl the benefit of the doubt (they haven't gotten along all school year) and this is the thanks (we) get. Maybe I'm making too much of a big deal about it. Anyways...

Yay!!!

Well, I'm so excited that Antonio is coming home tomorrow!! I never thought I'd say that!! It's been a long time since we saw him. The kids are excited too! I guess I'll spend the morning cleaning so the house is spic and span. Maybe he'll think it's been that way the whole time he was gone. :) Thank God it's the weekend and that the weather is finally going to warm up. I'm not so excited about this snow in April.

It's been a long time

Wow. I haven't posted in so long. Lots to report here. I'm so sad to say that Monica finally lost her battle with cancer on Thursday. She was such a fighter and a great wife and mom. I have comfort in knowing that she is in Heaven and no longer suffering. All I can do is pray for peace and comfort for Antonio and his family.

Got to prepare for Easter!!!

Spring has NOT sprung!!!

Oh well. No spring yet. Mother nature was just giving us a taste of what is to come if we're patient. Now what?! I guess I'll just clean the house and walk a million miles on the treadmill. Hubby returns tomorrow from California. Kind of excited to see him.

I'm definitely going to clean and organize my scrapbooking supplies. I have got to get serious about scrapbooking again. This is getting ridiculous because I'm been procrastinating for so long. Time to get down to business.

Kiddios are glad that it's the weekend and so am I.

Has Spring Sprung???

What a beautiful day. I could really get used to this kind of weather. I hope it stays. The sign at the bank said 71 WOW! As soon as the kids got off the bus we took a long walk (with the dog) to the park. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. I think the fresh air really pooped everyone out because after showers, they all turned in for the night. Now I'm up enjoying the peace and quiet. And watching The Real Housewives of Orange County. It's a secret addition of mine. I don't know why I like the show so much. It's like a train wreck and I just have to keep on watching. Silly, but true.

Time for bed.

Non Productive Weekend

Everyone is feeling better. We are fever free!! Yay!! BUT...I didn't do anything productive this weekend. Darn it! We did buy a treadmill on Saturday and I walked this morning. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Summer is coming and I need to be in shape. I'm tired of complaining and wishing the weight away. I've got to do something and this is it. I'll keep my progress posted. I'm kind of an instant gratification girl and I've always given up really quickly. Not anymore though! I WILL see this to the end, and that's my final answer!

I didn't scrapbook like I wanted to either. I did check out some blogs and websites for some ideas. I can tell you this, I'm inspired. Now I just have to get motivated.

The ICK!!!!

Well...the "ick" is going around. We have it here at our house again. 1 out of 3 home from school. The school nurse said he can't come to school tomorrow even if the fever goes away. Guess I get to take the day off work tomorrow too! What will I do on my "day off"??? I could Scrapbook, Sew, Clean. I'll have to see if the creative juices are flowing. I'm gonna search the web to get some inspiration. If I make something really crazy funky cool, I'll post pics.

Well I guess I just took the plunge into this crazy world of "blogging"!! I'm so glad to have a place to "collect my thoughts" and showcase my scrapbooking and handmade purses. The best is yet to come!
